Nick is the owner of The Taxman Team. Born and raised in Maine, he studied business and finance at Syracuse University. He moved to San Diego in 2003, opened up his first business in 2011 and has been an entrepreneur & investor ever since. His experience is extensive

• Bought, operated, & sold several businesses including a marketing firm, a yoga studio, and a tea import business.
• He has invested in several bar/restaurants.
• He has owned, managed, and sold multiple multifamily rental properties.
• He has invested in much larger real estate partnerships including large self storage facilities, large multi family properties of more than 100 units, and mixed use commercial buildings.

After starting and exiting several businesses & Real Estate positions, he realized that a strong financial foundation would help business owners & investors keep more money in their pockets.

Learning numbers, payroll, depreciation, and retirement options took so much time away from running the business.

After seeing a clear lack of good solutions, The Taxman Team was born. The mission is to provide individuals, investors, & business owners with more advanced knowledge in order to get setup right, pay less taxes, and maximize financial success.
